Benita is a Contact Center professional with over 20 years of experience of driving strategy in this fast paced environment. She works as a Director of Customer Support and Global Partner Management for eBay. She has worked for strong Brands including JP Morgan Chase, Dell Technologies and now eBay. Originally from San Antonio, she has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marine Transportation and Logistics from the US Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA from University of Phoenix. Her passions are travel and music.

Monica Morales

Partner and Vice President of Development for DivInc

Monica is Partner and Vice President of Development for DivInc, a start-up accelerator specifically designed for underrepresented entrepreneurs in tech. She’s focused on developing revenue generating strategies, fundraising, and building community engagement. Monica’s past experience includes serving as Interim Executive Director and Market Director for the American Diabetes Association in Central Texas, Director of Marketing at Market Vision Culture Inspired Advertising and Account Executive at Montemayor y Asociados Hispanic Advertising. She’s passionate about bringing diversity, inclusion and equity to the tech ecosystem. Monica lives in Austin with her husband and two children.

Jane Hervey

Jane Hervey is a multidisciplinary artist and writer, originally from Rio Hondo, Texas. Her work is informed by history, wildlife, politics of space, romance and being a bad woman. Hervey has lived and worked in Austin, Texas since 2011. In addition to her creative practice as a musician and writer, Hervey is also the founder of #bossbabesATX (a support organization for women and nonbinary creatives, entrepreneurs and community organizers) and her own communications and experience design firm, group work. She also maintains a column on creative entrepreneurship and lifestyle design at Forbes. Her personal and professional life are dedicated to improving community infrastructure, retooling systems of collaboration and changing cultural economies to create equal opportunity for women and girls.

James Alejandro

Director, Enterprise Risk Management at Dell Technologies

James is an Accounting executive with 20+ years of experience in finance and accounting. He is a diversified leader with a strong ability to bridge the gap between technical accounting and operational impacts. James is also recognized as a customer focused leader with the ability to consistently deliver results, lead cross functional teams, and recruit, develop and retain high performance talent.
